Refinished stucco on a South Minneapolis duplex

The stucco on this large duplex in South Minneapolis, near Uptown, had been previously painted. In order to refinish the stucco, we first needed to sandblast the existing stucco to remove the paint. We then patched several areas to prepare the existing stucco for the new two-coat finish. The end result was beautifully refinished stucco, which will last for decades.
The homeowner was so pleased that she sent a very nice thank-you card:
“I want to send a note of appreciation for the work on my house done by your staff. The house looks fabulous!
I really appreciated how promptly the work was done, how neat the area was left, and the helpfulness of your staff.
I especially want to thank you for the ‘little extras’ that were done to make life easier. Many, many thanks!
Mary H.”
