Refinished Stucco in South Minneapolis

On this south Minneapolis bungalow just east of Lake Nokomis, we first needed to sandblast the existing stucco in order to remove paint. We needed to be very careful when sandblasting, as the aluminum trim on the home was brand new, due to improvements made by the Metropolitan Airports Commission. We patched several areas where the stucco was cracked, and where windows had been replaced. We worked closely with the homeowner to help him decide on a color for the refinished stucco, and he decided on a classic color that will look beautiful for many decades.
