This St. Paul, Minnesota, stucco home was in need of some repair and refreshing.  .The home is almost ninety years old, and Foley Exteriors needed to sandblast the existing stucco in order to remove the paint that had been applied long ago.  It is never a good idea to paint stucco in Minnesota, because it prohibits the stucco’s ability to breathe.  There were also several small areas on the home that needed to be patched, including places where windows had been replaced, and where old clothesline hooks were embedded into the stucco.

Once the sandblasting was completed, and repairs were allowed to dry and cure, we applied a new two-coat stucco finish to the entire home and garage.  We applied a knock-down dash texture, using a white color.  The end result was a beautiful new stucco finish that greatly enhances this St. Paul, Minnesota, stucco home.  It will provide homeowners with increased property value, much less maintenance, and once again they will be proud of the exterior of their home!
